All payments must be completed before an order is confirmed. We accept international debit/credit cards and other payment methods supported by our payment processors. Nurai Traders does not store customer full card details; payment information is handled by the payment gateways in accordance with their security policies.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary based on product type, stock, and shipping location. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Nurai Traders will not be liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Refund Policy

Refunds are issued in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and the policies of our payment processors (2Checkout and Stripe).
  • Refunds will be considered if the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or materially different from its description.
